Pricing

All pricing is subject to the State of Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712%. 1.5% Finance charge per month on all overdue accounts and all costs of collection and attorney fees will be charged. All transactions will be followed up with a signed contract by both parties.

Delivery and Installation

Most items have a delivery charge. Installation of rental equipment is not included in the rental price.

Terms

All rentals are payable IN ADVANCE unless the user has an established account in good standing with Twilight Audio. Proper identification must be provided prior to the release of any rental equipment. A 25% cash deposit will be required on all rental equipment. If booking an event date a deposit of 25% is required. This deposit is refundable within cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to date. Remaining balance is due on day of service.

Damages

Lessee is responsible for any and all damages to rental materials, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

Service Guide Lines

All prices may vary with the amount of equipment needed per night. Twilight Audio requests that there is proper safe coverage for equipment and safety taken with each event. If not provided, Twilight Audio will charge an additional fee for safety needs.
